Some of these points are discriminatory. Just saying. Most notably, the frequent job changes can happen for reasons outside the control of the person/applicant. Poor UX leadership across the landscape unfairly puts the burden on the person/applicant and fails to hold companies responsible, especially with the wealth of toxic UX organizations today.
